Flea Market at Chinatown on 18-19 June

FLEA MARKET!!!!

Chinatown on 18-19 June!!

It was recommended by Bong Qiuqiu! (See the video here if it doesn’t load below)

I think most of her picks are quite ugly though, hahaha! And I can’t stand her cheapo-ness omg I thought Xiaxue was cheapo enough, but this takes the cake! (no offense to either one, I love Xiaxue hahaha). I quite admire her ability to get discounts ._. *envious*

See Ilovechinatown for more details. You’ll have to join the group though.

11am – 6pm each day, if I’m not wrong!

I’m gonna bring 50 bucks and hopefully make away with at least 15 items~

Many items are brand new or just worn once! I’m soooooo going! Pushing away all my plans for one of the two days…. definitely going!

See you guys there! Which day do you think I should go for?

Or… both? 🙂

Spending my holidays doing homework… or so I claim

“My holidays are so depressing!! I’ve been spending all my waking moments doing homework and going back to school for extra lessons! I have no social life at all!”

I find myself using this oft-repeated sentence… and I bet everyone is doing the same.

BUT.

BUT.

BUT.

Is that really so?

I was supposed to finish 12 essay outlines today. I planned a productive session with my friend and decided to split the work evenly. We ended up painting each others nails and squealing over online shopping sites, giving each other crazy makeup makeovers and combing through my wardrobe.

My boyfriend, after I lamented about my unproductiveness over Facebook chat, shook his head (at least, I think he did), and said:

I told you so. Whenever the two of you come together, I would expect nothing less than distraction.

The cheek of him! angry Of course, I phrased it way more elegantly (minus the lahs and lors), but you get the idea.

You can’t blame me for being distracted, not with the gorgeous shade of green nail polish I purchased recently and was dying to try out.

Isn’t she a beaut?

This looked great on my nails, especially under the sun. Not so fantastic in cloudy weather, which is precisely what I’m getting around the late afternoon, sadly. cry

I hope to take nice swatches and upload them. Ha. Another time-consuming activity.

I was deliberating over whether to get a navy v-neck tank top or a black one for an entire hour, trawling Google search and Polyvore to find potential outfits matches, then eventually caving in and buying both, deciding I could wear one or the other as nightwear. It is gorgeous I tell you. Gorgeous. And if it is too low-cut and my dad bans me from going out in it, I guess I could wear it to sleep and quickly grow more boobs so I can wear it out in the future when my dad is not around I am older and more mature to make my own decisions (NOT!) and stun all males that go my way.

Oh no now look I’ve wasted more time gushing about useless wondrous and life-changing things.

I spent the entire day online, playing Tetris Friends (wonderful game, especially if you win, and not so much when everyone gangs up on you during Arena mode), stalking random people I have never met and never will on Facebook, reading fashion and beauty bloggers and thinking of ideas for new blogs. Did I mention I love starting new blogs and finding layouts and agonising over HTML codes?

Well, now I have.

Terrible habit of mine.

Just so you know, I love my quirks.

I don’t intend to change them.

Toodles! (randomness is another one, along with my ability to digress)
